On October 30, 2014 the Baker Program welcomes Jeffrey Whitehead to its Distinguished Speaker Series. Mr. Whitehead has over twenty-seven years of experience in all fields of real estate development, business law, corporate law, health care legislation, estate planning and asset/estate administration. In his multi-state practice, Mr. Whitehead assists a diverse array of clients from wealthy individuals, financial institutions to commercial developers, hospitals, hospital joint ventures, physician IPA’s, HMO’s, nursing homes, hospital medical staffs, pharmacies, dental networks and hospital-physician joint networks. He has represented gaming institutions, golf courses, master planned communities, custom home builders, shopping malls and various unique businesses. He represents his clients in matters of zoning, finance, transactions, and business litigation.
