Kevin L. Hernandez
Kevin L. Hernandez joined Black & LoBello in 2012. He was born and raised in Las Vegas and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas in 2007, and a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 2011. While obtaining his law degree, Mr. Hernandez served as a legal extern for Judge Nancy C. Oesterle (Ret.) of the Las Vegas Township Justice Court.
Mr. Hernandez effectively advocates for clients primarily in the areas of civil litigation and consumer protection litigation. Mr. Hernandez is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Mr. Hernandez has taught several seminars and courses on the topic of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He has also been approved as an instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Division to instruct one of the five CE courses sponsored by Black & LoBello.
