Kevin L. Hernandez, Esq.

Kevin L. Hernandez joined Black & Lobello in 2012. He was born and raised in Las Vegas and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas in 2007, and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 2011.

While obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, Mr. Hernandez served as a legal extern for Judge Nancy C. Oesterle (Ret.) of the Las Vegas Township Justice Court.

Mr. Hernandez has worked on several large-scale civil litigation matters in Nevada and California, both as an intern and associate counsel. Mr. Hernandez is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada (2012), the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (2012), the State Bar of California (2011), and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California (2011), and is currently a member of the American Bar Association.
