Max’s practice focuses on commercial matters, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, class actions, real estate and appeals. Max has an AV-Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Best Lawyers® for Commercial Litigation, Super Lawyers® for Business Litigation and Nevada Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” 2014.
Max is a community leader and serves on various boards, who seek his counsel. He is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Prior to joining Black & LoBello, Max was a Shareholder/Partner with Lionel Sawyer & Collins, one of Nevada’s largest and most iconic law firms.
