Attorney General’s from various states have sent the correspondence linked below, to the U.S. Senate and of the United States House of Representatives urging them extend the Mortgage Debt Relief Act.  The act is currently slated to expire on December 31, 2012.  Please read this letter and contact your State Representatives  to support this effort.
