Maximiliano D. Couvillier is an accomplished litigation attorney who currently serves as the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Department at Black & LoBello. Max’s practice focuses on commercial matters, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, class actions, real estate and appeals. Max was also named to the 2015 Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Magazine as well as the 2015 Mountain States Super Lawyer.
Todd E. Kennedy specializes in commercial litigation, including contracts, products liability, corporate governance/shareholder disputes, and anti-trust litigation. Todd’s impressive legal work has earned him many professional honors, such as, the 2015 Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Magazine and the 2015 Mountain States Super Lawyers in which he received for the third consecutive year.
