Jon Ralston read a quote from Black & LoBello’s Managing Partner Tisha Black Chernine, Esq., on Block 2 of 2 of his show, “Face to Face” Monday, September 12, 2011.  Ms. Chernine’s quote was read in relation to the discussion between Mr. Ralston, Assemblyman Marcus Conklin and Nevada Attorney General Catherine Masto regarding the recently passed Assembly Bill 284 which seeks to restore transparency and integrity to the foreclosure process.  Ms. Black Chernine participated in a working group with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office in Nevada Assembly Bill 284.
