Robert B. Noggle, Esq.

Robert B. Noggle joined Black & LoBello in 2009. Mr. Noggle practices in the areas of real estate and commercial law with extensive experience both in law and business management.

Mr. Noggle began his career in private practice in Portland, Oregon. Subsequently he transitioned to corporate practice serving as General Counsel for two different commercial asset based lenders. Mr. Noggle also worked to increase profitability for a privately held company that was first acquired by a subsidiary of the utility Washington Water Power and then by Textron Financial, a Fortune 500 company, and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Since moving to Las Vegas Mr. Noggle has worked with several title companies and businesses involved with the real estate industry.

A frequent Continuing Education instructor for the real estate industry on the topic of section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, he has also presents educational programs to attorneys, CPAs, the Lied Real Estate Institute, and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Mr. Noggle has also published a number of articles in various real estate industry publications.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Noggle obtained his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland. He was a staff member of Environmental Law Review and published a comment concerning an innovative municipal energy conservation ordinance. Mr. Noggle was admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon in 1980, and the State of Nevada in 2009.
