John P. Aldrich, Esq.

John P. Aldrich joined Black & LoBello in 2008. Mr. Aldrich has significant experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation, including complex litigation. His experience also includes plaintiff personal injury law and appellate matters.

Mr. Aldrich graduated from Brigham Young University in 1995, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 1999. Mr. Aldrich worked three and one-half years at the prestigious Beckley Singleton law firm. Prior to joining Beckley Singleton, he clerked in the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Aldrich has written more than twenty-five appellate briefs submitted to Nevada and Idaho appellate courts. Mr. Aldrich successfully argued State v. Peterson, 981 P.2d 1154 (Idaho Ct. App. 1999) before the Idaho Court of Appeals.

Mr. Aldrich is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, and Idaho. Mr. Aldrich is also admitted to practice with the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court, District of Nevada, United States District Court, District of Idaho, and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is currently a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Aldrich is fluent in Italian.
